HP computer won’t function quite

Your HP computer won’t function quite as well as you would like it to. When this happens, there might be a problem with the laptop, and it can range from common issues such as general slowness to more severe problems, such as frequent crashing, and more. These issues are frustrating to deal with and can hinder your productivity at work and interrupt your leisure at home. You should always keep the serial number of your HP computer handy because it makes looking up the issues with your specific model much easier. Also, make sure to keep your drivers up to date on all your products, including HP printer drivers. If you’re having issues with drivers and need HP driver support, our number is provided below. If you’ve run into some issues with the functioning of your HP computer, here are some things you could try to figure out the cause of it.

1. If you’re using a laptop, attempt to turn the laptop on without having the charging cable plugged in. If you can successfully turn the laptop on without needing to have the charger plugged in, then the battery is functioning.
2. For desktops, try to flip on the power switch and see what happens. If the desktop turns on, then functioning is normal. If the desktop is unable to turn on, replace the power cable. If the desktop is still unable to turn on after replacing the power cable, you might have an issue with your power supply.
3. If the operating system doesn’t seem to be working, insert your recovery disc into the computer and run it. This is usually an issue with the hard drive, and if you can successful repair/reinstall your operating system, then you might be able to salvage the hard drive. If the recovery disc doesn’t serve its function, then you might have to get your hard drive replaced.
4. If everything works, and you’re simply having trouble connecting to the internet, then you should unplug your router for 30 seconds and then plug it in again. If this doesn’t work, contact your Internet Service Provider.
